Sizing

Fit is a personal preference. If you like your bracelets snug, order true to your wrist size, otherwise we recommend one size above.

Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the time order is received.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

Although we hope you connect with and love your jewelry, I understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned. I gladly accept returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date.

Returns must postmarked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders postmarked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Rebecca Dolber Online Studio accepts all types of payments. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, etc.

Do you offer gift packaging?

If you are purchasing a gift, please indicate "This is a gift" at check out. 

I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item?

Your cart is not guaranteed until you proceed to checkout with your order. 

What materials are used in your collection?

We use all natural stones with various healing properties which are a product of nature. We use stones like Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Tigerwood Jasper, Gold Druzy Quartz, Tiger’s eye, Onyx, Riverstone, Agate, Goldstone, Obsidian, Carnelian, Sunstone, Howlite, Pyrite, Green Jade, Labradorite, Amethyst, Amazonite and much more. As a result, all of our gemstones come in a variety and many variations of color, pattern and texture. We consider that these variations are what make your piece of jewelry extra special and unique.

What does this stone mean?

This is probably the number one question I get asked when working with choosing your healing gemstone bracelet or necklace. That is my favorite question too! All of our jewelry is handcrafted at the Studio in Center Moriches. 

How does a Custom Design Session with Rebecca work?

I love jumping on video calls to help my clients personally design jewelry that is truly one of a kind. On our time together, we’ll talk through your vision and then I will walk you through my studio space and we will hand-select any gemstones, talisman, charms, antique finds and much more to create a piece of jewelry to capture your story.

Do Gift Cards Expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to use your gift card.

Repairs

How can I get my item repaired?

Start by sending a photo of the item in need of repair to rebecca@rebeccadolber.com and include a description of the damage.

How can I check on the progress of my repair?

Please email rebecca@rebeccadolber.com for any questions on repairs that are in progress.
